Eran Bendoly has 18 years of experience in the high tech industry, and is currently the CFO of Expand Networks. Mr Bendoly was the driving force behind the formation of Xenia and the privatization of the Kiryat-Gat incubator and served as Xenia's Managing Partner for the first three years of its operation.
Prior to that, Mr. Bendoly was
Director of Finance for Europe, Middle-East and Africa operations for Mindspeed Technologies., a division of Connexant Systems Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Bendoly was responsible for all operational and financial aspects related to the divestiture of the Mindspeed division from Connexant in Europe and Israel.
Before joining Mindspeed, Mr. Bendoly served in senior managerial positions in the Novacom/Novanet group, and played a critical role as the group's CFO in all of the group's fund raisings, including an $8 million investment by Ericsson, the spin-off of Novanet from Novacom and Novanet's sale in September 2000 to Conexant Systems for $145 million. Prior to the establishment of Novanet, Mr. Bendoly was Vice President of Finance and Operations for Novacom Technologies.
Mr. Bendoly holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Business Management from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and an MBA, Cum Laude, from K.U Leuven in Belgium and serves on the Board of Directors of Camtek (NASDAQ CMTK).
