Enda has over 30 years’ experience in hospitality and tourism, first in hotel management and later as a consultant and business mentor. He has held a number of senior management positions in Ireland, UK and the US, with companies like Jurys Hotels, Ryan Hotels, Forte Hotels and other independent operators.
In 1994 he founded HTC Consulting
(www.htc-consult.com) which specialises in working with small and medium-sized enterprises in hospitality and tourism. Since then he has led numerous consulting projects for public and private sector clients throughout Europe and the Middle East.
Enda is also a prolific author with five books published on topics like strategy, leadership, employee engagement and customer service. He also wrote the highly regarded book ‘How to Run a Great Hotel’ (How to Books 2009).
