Emmile is focused on everything talent related – recruitment, hiring, retention, diversity & inclusion – and ensuring internal processes and technology are effectively and efficiently supporting the team and organization. Prior to coming to Schoolzilla, Emmile spent 7 years at Aspire Public Schools and oversaw strategy and growth, operations,
and technology teams and served as Chief of Staff to the CEO. While at Aspire, she led an organizational improvement effort to help bring an equity lens to all decisions and actions, in order to better serve students and staff. Emmile completed her undergraduate degree at Santa Clara University and received her MBA from The George Washington University.
