Emmanuel Kadouch founded KLaw in 2011 after being a partner at Sharir, Shiv, Kadouch & Co.
Emmanuel has over twenty years of experience in a wide range of corporate issues including
mergers and acquisition, incorporation of companies, founders' agreements, venture capital financing and complex commercial transactions. Dealing with a
wide range of fields and industries, he has successfully accompanied early stage start-ups with their first steps in high- tech, representing them in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Emmanuel also advises clients in a broad range of technology sectors including software, internet, cleantech and IT.
Having acquired vast experience in representing both Israeli and international venture capital funds, Emmanuel advises the companies, their investors as well as other private investors as to their activities in Israel.
