Emma Gray was appointed Chief Loyalty & Data Officer in July 2014. Prior to her recent appointment Emma was Group General Manager Strategy Development for Woolworth's Ltd based in Sydney, since April 2012.
Prior to joining Woolworths, Emma was Partner for Bain & Company based in the US, London and Sydney for the last 15 years, where
she headed the Australian Retail and consumer goods practice. Bain & Company is one of the world's leading business consulting firms.
Emma completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Harvard Business School and she completed her Bachelor's degree in French, German and International Marketing at Dublin City University.
