With more than 20 years of experience in the software industry, Emilio combines technical excellence with a broad knowledge in management. He has been involved in projects all around the world, from Argentina, Brazil, England, United States, France, Romania and Bulgaria, taking different roles such as agile coach, project leader, architect and
software developer.
In 2009 he founded 10Pines a software development company based in Buenos Aires, Argentina which has an horizontal management model based in transparency and trust.
Emilio has been working with Agile methods since 2006 and he is one of the founding members of the Latin American Agile community. He has been involved in the Agile regional conference since 2008, being the conference chair in the year 2012.
