Ellen is responsible for managing material transfer agreements and confidentiality agreements. She has handled a wide range of transactional agreements including the development of master agreements for use within the Transactional Affairs Group.
She also currently manages copyright licenses for MGH’s Department of Psychiatry.
She
received her B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Georgia, and earned her J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law where she focused on Intellectual Property law.
Ellen is a member of the Massachusetts Bar. She joined RVL in 2002.
