Elizabeth earned her degree in Business Analysis and Management from Bellevue University while working at Nebraska Furniture Mart and today she oversees the Call Center which includes AE customer care, furniture customer care, switchboard team, phone sales, business to business sales, web sales, online support team, global QA the and care center
support team. Elizabeth joined NFM in 1995 and quickly promoted through the ranks to her current position of Director of Customer Relations. The customer care team has grown from a small team supporting only Omaha the Home Office team that supports multiple product families across all NFM locations.
