Early years
Elena Eustache is an actress, director,writer, comedienne, and mother, currently residing in Los Angeles. Elena Eustache spent the majority of her early years as an ardent student of theater and the arts. Enrolling in the Czech Dramatic School of Art, Elena Eustache had her first live performances at the young age of ten, thereby
planting the seeds for what would soon become her very successful future in show business.
In her mid-twenties, Elena Eustache decided to continue her theatrical studies in another capacity, by pursuing a degree in directing at New York City’s Columbia University . While in New York, Elena Eustache also had the opportunity to study at William asper Studios and at the School for Film and Television, and it is the combination of these educational experiences that have led her to since embark upon the writing, directing and producing of her own comedy Tv series " The Ringmasters ", and Erzebeth respectively.
Standup comedy
While in New York City, Elena Eustache was also introduced to the art of standup comedy, which she has since 2005 pursued with passion and success. Beginning with the mentorship and training of comedian Linda Smith, of the standup comedy club Carolines on Broadway, Elena Eustache has since prepared and performed her own comedy skits at Carolines. She has also been featured at both the Comedy Store and the Laugh Factory, Improv of New York and Los Angeles and in Funniest Mom in America. The Burn - with Jeff Ross on Comedy Central.
Love and Relationship Coaching and spirituality
Coupled with her love for the dramatic arts, Elena Eustache is also a certified practitioner of Dowsing, Feng Shui, Neurofeedback, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Yuen Method Energy Healing, Love and Relationship Coaching, Couples Counseling, Communication Coaching, Parenting Instruction and Spiritual Coaching.
Elena Eustache is now offering her patients intensive healing and psychological therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Neurofeedback. These are added to her already extensive menu of therapeutic approaches to healing body, mind and soul. Elena Eustach,who has a PhD in Psychology, with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy, has for many years been a respected counselor to couples, parents, children and teenagers, and others coping with stress, communication issues, emotional disorders and addictions, as well as those looking for a way to bring peace into their homes and lives. Elena Eustache, relationship and love coach to the stars, has launched a new TV show—Dr. Elena Eustache Show. Viewers can journey with her as she discusses with well-known personalities their relationship and love challenges.
Personal life
Elena lives in Los Angeles with Naveen Joshua, her son whom she had with British actor, Naveen Andrews. She takes great pride in her motherly duties, and in her free time, she also enjoys cooking, yoga, meditation and travel.
At present, Elena also has her own televised radio series (Elena E., In the Heart of the Stars) that airs weekly, during which she interviews celebrities regarding the obstacles they faced and their means of perseverance and her new upcoming show called " SHOW" She is also currently authoring three books entitled Lost in Puzzle, Yin (How to be male) and Yang (How to be female), which are coming out this year.
