Elad is the co-founder and CTO of Lively Hearing (rebranded to Jabra Hearing in Oct 2022 - https://www.jabraenhance.com/ ). Jabra Hearing offers hearing aids and audiology care for 60% less than the national average in the US, by building a technology platform that lets people assess their hearing online and buy hearing aids that
can be tuned remotely by audiologists without the need for a physical presence. Lively was acquired by GN (parent company of Jabra, ReSound and SteelSeries) at the end of 2021 for $120M. Elad is also an advisor to Redesign Health. Prior to Lively, Elad ran the North America Business Engineering team at Facebook (Meta nowadays), where he managed a division of full-stack software engineers responsible for building Facebook's advertising products. Prior to working at Facebook, Elad worked as an Engineering Lead at Microsoft, driving the development of Windows Azure monitoring infrastructure. Elad was raised in Israel and spent four years as a software engineer in the Israeli Intelligence Corps' Unit 8200.
