Eileen was introduced to the credit union industry almost twenty years ago while working at Benefits Unlimited, Inc. (BUI), an employee benefit brokerage firm, now a division of Gallagher Benefit Services (GBS). Eileen’s focus was on finding creative employer-provided benefit solutions for her client base, including technology solutions to help
manage and communicate those benefits.
Together, with founder and CEO, Patti Tuma, Ms. Westbrook was responsible for the successful launch of CU People to specialize in the credit union market creating a “custom fit” approach to service and technology. With her unique experience and vast knowledge of employee related benefits and administration in the credit union industry, Eileen will focus on growing existing relationships and building new ones based on her “service first” approach, positioning CU People as the best HR resource firm in the credit union industry.
