Edwin was educated at Methodist College in Belfast. He was employed by the Northern Bank, Munster Simms and then AAH Pharmaceuticals as General Manager for 14 years before joining Sangers in 2000.
Edwin has a keen interest in music and has been a church organist for many years, now playing in the church on the oldest Christian site in Ireland
where St. Patrick started his mission, at Saul near Downpatrick.
He has rescued and restored a 1954 Triumph TR2 sports car which he still enjoys driving.
Edwin has a large garden which requires significant time commitment.
Edwin has three grown up children, two living in Northern Ireland and one in Australia, and five grand-children.
