Eddie Mitchell is an entrepreneurial leader with nearly 30 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology. He co-founded Image Stream Medical in 1999 and as CEO has led our progression from startup to a rapidly growing industry leader in hospital video and information integration.
Prior to Image Stream Medical, Eddie served
as Vice President of Engineering for Trex Medical, a Thermo Electron company and, previously, as President, CEO and co-founder of Biomedical Data Systems of Fort Worth, Texas. Early in his career, Eddie served in technology positions for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Oak Ridge National Laboratory. He has a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
