I graduated from Oxford University (M.Eng - Engineering, Economics and Management) where I specialised in High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) for brain cancer ablation. I graduated from Cambridge University (M.Phil - Technology Policy, Judge Business School), where I published papers for various academic think-tanks on the opportunities and risks of autonomous vehicles.
I have past experience in Private Equity (The Blackstone Group), Technology Policy (Facebook Inc.), and have lived and worked in Asia, lecturing at Zhejiang University in China and at Hong Kong University.
