joining Thinklogical, he built and managed Avocent's Global System Engineering Team for 10 years. As a Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Ed has provided Thinklogical training to users around the globe, and previously delivered Microsoft, IBM, and Novell certification courses throughout Europe and the USA.
