Ed Gould is the Chief Financial Officer for SRS. In this role he is responsible for all financial-related activities of the company including accounting, finance, forecasting, banking, investor relations, business development, and regulatory compliance. Ed brings over 30 years of finance and operations experience. Ed comes to SRS from Tatum, a
Randstad company, where he specialized in providing strategic financial leadership assistance to CEO’s and their management teams. He has also held the role of CFO and COO for IQNagivator and Lexis Nexis. Ed began his career at Price Waterhouse where he gained 10 years of progressive audit experience in both large and small companies.
Ed’s high-visibility leadership style and his proven ability to create a strong linkage between operational initiatives, financial goals, and organizational structures coupled with his extensive experience within the technology/software space enables him to position SRS for continued growth.
Ed received a Bachelor’s of Science from Mount St. Mary’s University and is a CPA in the State of New Jersey.
