Dr. Ebi Ofrey has been a medical doctor for over 20 years and a strategic innovation consultant for 11 years. He also has an MBA for which he graduated with distinction and is also an expert in Blue Ocean Strategy trained at the Blue Ocean Strategy Regional Centre for South East Asia in Malaysia. He was a former Medical Director of a state-owned
hospital in Bayelsa and most recently the Head of Medical Services and Quality Assurance, Bayelsa Health Insurance Scheme. He is also a speaker, trainer, and author of a series of business books in the Dr. Ebi Ofrey Business Advisory Series.
