Mr. Everall is an active venture capitalist, has been a Director of Foundation Equity Corp. since 1995, and manages a portfolio of investments in private companies within both the environmental and road building industries. For 25 years Mr. Everall was an Owner, President and CEO of Everall Construction Limited, a leader in Alberta’s road building
industry that was acquired by E. Construction Ltd in 2000. Mr. Everall also co-founded Recycle West Inc., a pioneer in the waste oil recovery business that was acquired by Newalta Corporation in 1994.
Mr. Everall served as a Director and Chairman of the Alberta Road Building and Heavy Construction Association from 1987 to 1993. He was also a Finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 1999. Mr. Everall holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Alberta.
