Dylan has 15+ years experience as a software developer, and is highly proficient in PHP, Java, JSP, CSS, Html, JavaScript, MySQL, and Oracle. He has also worked extensively with jQuery, Ember, Android, Node, redis and many more. As one of the first members of the Realm Digital team, his expertise and insight into the projects that he worked on
helped to catapult Realm Digital into it’s current standing as one of the premier software development companies in South Africa.
Dylan was instrumental in the foundational development of the Snapplify platform, in his role as Lead Developer. In this role Dylan has single-handedly built Snapplify’s eCommerce platform, Desktop Reader for Windows and Mac OS, and rebuilt The Snapplify Reader Android Application (due to be released later this year). He’s also led the iOS development team in the implementation of advanced academic reader features in the Snapplify Reader iOS Application, and improved the Snapplify backend content management system and services portal, and Snapplify’s innovative Snappbox solution.
