Dwayne is a Windows Internals guru and has been developing Windows drivers and applications for more than 20 years, while having over 30 years of experience in the software industry, with a heavy emphasis on security, file systems, and networking.
Prior to Digital Guardian Dwayne was an engineering manager and lead developer for Connected
Corporation (now part of Iron Mountain) where he designed a Point-in-Time Repair System. Prior to Connected Dwayne was the lead developer of Carbon Copy and the architect for Carbon Copy for Windows one of the first remote desktop products. Dwayne has developed a large number of protocol and communications drivers and also designed and built one of the first VoIP solutions.
Originally Dwayne started his career creating mathematical algorithms for analyzing spectrometer data and for performing Statistical Process Control (SPC). Recently has come full circle back to mathematics and is delving into Machine Learning. Dwayne is also the inventor or co-inventor on a number of patents among which includes: File Synchronization, Data Backup, Digital Asset Usage Accountability, Ensuring Trusted Transactions, and Adaptive Transparent Encryption.
