Dahl and his team managed the first mainstream dating site Kiss.com leading to its acquisition by IAC (Match.com) in 2002 for $150M. The following year, Dahl reunited his team to launch relationship focused online dating service PerfectMatch.com featuring Duet, a total compatibility system that proved to be a more effective matchmaking approach for
millions worldwide. Seven years and six million members later, PerfectMatch was was sold.
In 2007 Dahl created the EarthLab Foundation - launched in conjunction with Al Gore’s Live Earth Concerts on 7 continents, broadcast in 132 countries on 7/7/07, EarthLab features a carbon calculator later used by Accenture, the US Post Office, NASA, Bank of America and Barclays.
Dahl’s properties are renowned for delivering exceptional user experience focused on continuous innovation and highly relevant, targeted marketing efforts leveraging branding and positioning, business development/strategic alliances, affiliates, integrated offline and online media and PR. Dahl efforts have led to the acquisition of over 30M subscribers worldwide.
