Dror leads the company's financial and business operations. Prior to joining Reduxio Dror served as Director of Finance at Jerusalem Venture Partners (JVP), one of the largest venture capital funds in Israel, where he managed all financial aspects of JVP's incubator portfolio companies, anywhere from building and tracking budgets,
managing tax and legal issues, business plans, valuations as well as due diligence and M&A activities.
Prior to JVP, Dror served as Controller at RadView Software Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDVWF), where he was responsible for financial and management reports, implementation of SOX procedures, as well as reporting to tax authorities worldwide. Prior to RadView, Dror was a Senior Auditor in KPMG, providing a variety of consulting and auditing services to private and public companies in the US and Israel.
Dror is a qualified Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Economics and Accounting from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA from the Business School of Tel Aviv University.
He volunteers regularly in "Pa'amonim" (social non-profit organization) helping families having economic problems through training and professional assistance on their path towards the goal of economic independence.
