Drew J. Hibbert - Founder & CEO - Mr. Hibbert is a wine and spirits industry professional with an additional background in hospitality focused on bar and restaurant operations. Mr. Hibbert will be responsible for all major strategic and policy initiatives. His focus will also include oversight of all distribution and sales activities,
marketing, advertising, and public relations.
Before forming Innovation Spirits, Mr. Hibbert served over the last eight years as Vice President of Beverage Ventures, Inc., where he oversaw brand creation and development, as well as managed existing brand distribution channels internationally and assisted in sales and marketing of all portfolio brands worldwide. Under his guidance, Mr. Hibbert saw Beverage Ventures’ flagship brand, Tequila Corralejo, develop from case 1 to 30,000 before its eventual sale in 2005.
