Doug Heintzman has been in the IT industry for 31 years. He is currently the Vice President of Strategy and Evangelism at Insolar Technologies. He was formerly a management consultant, a COO a founder and a strategy executive at IBM where he worked for 25 years.
Douglas has been a board member of established startup and non-profit companies. He is
the chair of the NSERC synergy innovation awards for Canada selection committee.
Douglas was the sponsorship executive of the ACM International Computer Programming Conference. He has broad exposure to emerging technologies and standards and was chairman of the board of the SyncML initiative.
Douglas has worked with companies all over the world and is a frequent keynote speaker and industry conferences.
