Doug Hacker was the executive vice president and chief financial officer of UAL Corporation for many years and sits today on both public and private boards including Columbia Funds and Spartan Nash.
While at United, he had a management responsibility for MyPoints, which he sold, and Ameniti. He was an original director of Orbitz and worked with
the CEO to sustain board consensus to complete its IPO and subsequent sale to Cendant. He also sold United’s interest in Hotwire.
He has an A.B. degree from Princeton and an M.B.A. from Harvard.
