A long-time Wall Street analyst turned SaaS entrepreneur, Doug founded OpenExchange in 2009 when he saw the need to bring a community-based approach to financial services and C-suite collaboration.
He is the company's vice president of product development, where he leads all product strategy and delivery efforts. Doug has over 15 years’
senior-level buy- and sell-side technology, media and telecommunications equity research experience at Bear Stearns, Jefferies and Co., Pythar Capital, First Horizon and Tucker Anthony Sutro.
He holds a BA in Psychology from Eckerd College, MBA and JD degrees from Widener University, and an LLM from Georgetown University Law Center.
