Ms. Li served as interim Chief Financial Officer and Chief Financial Officer from June 2008 to November 2009 after joining Noah as
Financial Controller in December 2007. Ms. Li was previously Financial Controller and Head of Investor Relations at China GrenTech, a NASDAQ-listed company. From 1999 through 2007, Ms. Li was Senior Finance Manager at Conair Corp., a Fortune 500 company, in Connecticut. Ms. Li holds a bachelor of arts degree from Beijing Second Foreign Languages Institute, China, and a master of business administration from Thunderbird School of Global Management in Glendale, Arizona. She is a certified master financial manager from the American Academy of Financial Management and is also a member of the Institute of Management.
