Donna Doleman is the VP and CMO Brand and Marketing at University of Michigan Credit Union. She previously worked as a senior vice president, operations and communications for Ann Arbor SPARK. In this role, Donna will provide oversight across SPARK, support the management of all operations, and continue to grow the Ann Arbor SPARK brand.
Since
joining SPARK in 2011, Donna has launched an award-winning, integrated communications strategy that includes a combination of traditional and new media. In 2013, Donna transitioned to a leadership role in fundraising and has begun implementing a resource development and fundraising strategy for the organization.
Donna’s extensive experience includes strategic marketing consulting for corporate, governmental, nonprofit organizations and small businesses. Prior to joining Ann Arbor SPARK, Donna created DLA Group, a business and strategic marketing consulting firm. She provided marketing services to Ann Arbor MI-Small Business and Development Center (SBDC) clients. She also served as director of marketing, Michigan region, for Pfizer Global Pharmaceuticals.
In addition to her marketing career, Donna is an entrepreneur who is focused on creating environments that promote natural wellness. She founded Natural Kids®, an award-winning organization that promotes green lifestyles, products, programs and initiatives that ultimately benefit the health of children. Donna is also chair of the WCC Foundation Women's Council.
Donna earned a bachelors of science degree in health care administration from Florida A&M University and a masters degree in business administration from State University of New York at Buffalo.
