Donna Chabria is a successful entrepreneur whose career spans diverse industries and key leadership roles. Since December 2022, she serves as Senior Advisor at ThoughtLinks, offering strategic guidance fortified by her deep expertise in talent management, future of work and start-up operations. Between May 2017 and November 2022, Donna was a
self-employed consultant, focusing on advising Fortune 1000 companies on talent strategies. Before that, she led Visionary Global Strategies as its Creative Founder from January 2007 to April 2017. She also successfully launched and exited Pure and Bliss Limited in the UK between 2007 and 2011. In the corporate sector, Donna held executive roles at media powerhouses, serving as Vice President at MTV Networks (Viacom) from 2000 to 2006, and as Senior Director of Human Resources at Viacom Corporate between 1997 and 2000. Her career began at Ernst & Young Consulting, where she was a Management Consultant from 1993 to 1997, following her role as a Global Markets Research Associate at Zeron Group from 1990 to 1992. Academically, Donna holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from Columbia University and a master’s in business and leadership from Stony Brook University. She also earned a Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University. Outside of her professional life, Donna is committed to several philanthropic causes. She has been married to Sumeet Chabria for the past 31 years. She is a member of the Society of Four Arts.
