turnarounds by managing investment in telecom, media and technology, venture capital and secondary market investment, directing investor relations affairs, and leading several large real estate development projects as well as pharmaceutical projects. Mr. Pan has rich experience in effective execution and value creation in respect of LBO and IPOs. Mr. Pan received a bachelor’s degree in 1991 from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and graduated from University of Southern California with a master’s degree in business administration in 2009.
