Donald Thomas has lead the Logility customer service team since January 1997 and is responsible for the company’s cloud services, managed services, customer support, and technical services. Mr. Thomas has more than 35 years of experience in development, implementation and support of supply chain solutions and is known for his ability to simplify
and resolve technical challenges while positioning customers for success with Logility Voyager Solutions. Prior to joining Logility, Mr. Thomas held several key positions within American Software including division vice president of manufacturing systems. Mr. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from Auburn University.
