Donald R. Sinclair is the Chairman and President at WTX. Mr. Sinclair has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer and as a director of WGP GP since September 2012. He was named a Senior Vice President of Anadarko in May 2013, prior to which he served as a Vice President of Anadarko beginning in January 2010.
Prior to joining Anadarko
and becoming President and a director of our general partner, Mr. Sinclair was a founding partner and served as President of Ceritas Energy, LLC, a midstream energy company headquartered in Houston with operations in Texas, Wyoming and Utah from February 2003 to September 2009.
Mr. Sinclair has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 33 years, with a focus on marketing and trading and the midstream sector. He is the Vice-Chairman of the Advisory Council for the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and also serves on The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Board of Visitors. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Texas Tech University.
