Don Schoeppner is responsible for all aspects of operations including Production, Process Engineering, Planning and Logistics, and EHS at NexPlanar. Don brings nearly 30 years of management and engineering experience in the high tech industry.
Most recently Don was the Director of Operations at TriQuint Semiconductor's Hillsboro Oregon
facility specializing in the development and high volume manufacture of GaAs RF products.
Prior to that, Don spent nearly 25 in a variety of manufacturing and engineering leadership roles at Intel Corporation. Don was manufacturing manager at Intel's Fab 15 and Fab 20 during both ramp and HVM production and was the Factory manager in the months prior to closure of the Fab 20 facility. Don specializes in building world class, high volume manufacturing organizations that deliver results.
Don holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University.
