Mr. Patrick has been promoted to President of Cardinal Contractors, Inc. of Primoris as of November 30, 2015, prior to accepting this position Mr. Patrick served as President of Cardinal Mechanical since joining the Primoris family in December of 2005; he will continue to serve in this capacity as well as President of Cardinal Contractors, Inc.
Prior to joining Primoris, Mr. Patrick served as Program Director of the District Energy Division of TEPSCO for 9 years and has been associated with Petrochem Construction since March of 1975 with Brown and Root (5 years) and Belmont Constructors, Inc. (18 years) in Houston, Texas and surrounding areas.
