As Executive Chairman of Fluence Technologies, Don is responsible for helping lead the company’s go-to-market efforts and securing long term customers and partners while ensuring a high level of corporate governance. Most recently Don was the co-founder and CEO of Vena Solutions, a SaaS Finance Process Solutions company where he led the growth of
the company to over 300 employees with 700 customers worldwide. Previously Don spent 20 years leading sales and marketing at various B2B software companies including Clarity Systems, an IBM company.
