Don Lim is VP of Business Development and Marketing at Reality Reflection, VC-backed VR/AR Startup in Seoul, Korea, a crew of virtual reality(VR) software developers and 3D computer graphics researchers with over 5 years of expertise in VR and 3D scanning technology. Their first VR rhythm action game 'MUSIC INSIDE' has been announced
as a launch title for Oculus Touch in 2016 and released a multi-player VR futuristic sports game called SPEEDBALL ARENA in Nov, 2017.
He served as the director of Global Business Team at Gyeonggi Center for Creative Economy & Innovation (2015~2017), government-funded startup accelerator in Pangyo Techno Valley, which was initiated by the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning (MSIP) since 2015.
Before he returned to Korea, he led global game publishing business at Com2us USA (2006~2014)as the general manager publishing over 100 mobile games on Apple App Store and Google Play Store, managing key partnership with Apple and Google and developing business opportunities with many successful Silicon Valley startups including Bluestacks and Kochava.
Game publishing includes many tasks such PR, marketing and service operation and he has experience in each field as industry professional and hired each team's managers to operate larger teams to publish many successful games including Slice It!, Home Run Battle, Tower Defense, 9 Innings Pro Baseball, Golf Star, Ace Fishing and Summoners' War.
He has professional sales experience as IBM Software Sales Rep and Business Development manager (2002~2006) closing key deals with Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics with embedded S/W developed in IBM Worldwide R&D Labs. He was one of the top performers to win key deals to be recognized in IBM Summit Awards in 2005.
His first professional career was during his university period(2000~2002) as a business development manager for an UK (Scottish) mobile game startup called Digital Bridges(I-Play), which was later acquired by Oberon Media in 2007.
