Don Leeke is Vice President of Global Sales and Operations for the Autonomy / Information Management business unit, within HP Software.
Reporting directly to Robert Youngjohns, Leeke is responsible for Customer Engagement and Satisfaction, the global Sales team, and Operational Excellence. With nearly 20 years of enterprise sales and
management experience, he brings a passion for his employees, customers, and enterprise technology.
Prior to HP, Leeke held senior leadership roles within Nokia and Microsoft.
At Microsoft, he was VP and enterprise product group lead for Microsoft Canada, responsible for leading a 166-person sales and technical organization and over $1B in revenue within the enterprise, public sector, and midmarket segments.
Prior to Microsoft, Leeke held several positions during his 8-year career with HP, as Great Lakes Area manager, where he managed a $190 million dollar annual business focused on HP hardware and software solutions.
Leeke holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's Degree from Franklin College.
