Mr. Humphreys is the Vice President of Operations for ESS Inc. He has over 40 years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations and Quality both domestically in the United States and internationally in China, India, South Africa, Europe, Mexico, Singapore, Brazil and Canada. Most recently he led the Manufacturing and Quality operations as VP of
Manufacturing for Eos Energy Storage and as the VP of Global Operations for Aquion Energy. Previously he had served as VP of Operations for DESA after a 27+ year career at Duracell Battery working various manufacturing, engineering and quality positions within the organization, ending as the Director of Engineering for International Development Markets. Mr. Humphreys has a wealth of global experience in the specification, build, start-up and operation of battery facilities worldwide. Mr. Humphreys is a graduate of the University of Tennessee (Knoxville and Chattanooga) with a MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a BS in Electrical Engineering.
