Don currently serves as the company’s President. Since 2001, he has worked to build ICR’s industry teams and corporate culture, driving the firm’s rapid expansion in the U.S. and Asia. Don co-heads ICR’s shareholder activism practice and also possesses significant IPO experience. He is a sought after expert on investor relations, activism and
transaction matters.
Don has led teams that have executed comprehensive investor relations engagements in the restaurant, food service, financial technology and payments, and financial services sectors. Prior to ICR, Don spent over a decade as a portfolio manager and research analyst specializing in public and private investments in the leisure, technology and healthcare markets. Prior to joining ICR, Don co-founded the asset management firm Meyer, Duffy & Associates and Meyer Duffy Ventures.
