Cyries Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company, from June 2004 until March 2008; prior thereto Mr. Archibald was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cequel Energy Inc. from January 2002 to June 2004 prior thereto Mr. Archibald was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cypress Energy Inc. from April 1996 to March 2001.
