Dmitry Tsymber is a Founder and Managing Partner of financial technology businesses in the Dyninno Group of companies. In 2015, he founded Ecofinance, an online lending company. Two years later, along with Alex Weinstein, Dmitry launched a bank challenger, Multipass; the company carries out bank payments for mid-sized businesses going global, and
has now become a fast-growing international scale-up. As the Managing Partner, besides ensuring good operational performance, Dmitry focuses on international expansion and building a scalable platform.
Dmitry is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive in financial services, with 25 years of leadership experience in retail banking and consumer finance. He started his career in the late 90s by managing a consumer finance company through exponential growth and selling it off to a global conglomerate. Later, Dmitry successfully managed several banks and financial institutions in Eastern Europe which were going through exponential growth or massive turnarounds.
