Dion Kotteman is executive advisor to the Dutch Ministry of Finance. Until January this year he was the Chief Information Officer of the Dutch Government.
His working history includes: general manager of the Dutch National Audit Authority, and executive in the banking world, mainly in IT and security. He has an extensive project management
experience within several financial institutions.
He also worked for Interpol and Europol, was CIO of the Dutch Criminal Intelligence Service, and of the Dutch State Police. He acted as chairman of many Netherlands EU governmental delegations and projects on security and data exchange.
He holds an executive master of business administration of Nyenrode University, the Netherlands, and of the Wharton Business School, Pennsylvania University, USA. He publishes and lectures on the subject of project management and IT in several European countries. His books are being published in several European countries.
