Dilip Patel is responsible for driving innovation and delivery of key products for Wind River customers. His primary focus is to expand the Wind River footprint in the embedded space by developing innovative products for customers in new and rapidly changing markets.
Prior to his current role, he served as vice president of worldwide customer
operations at Wind River, where he managed customer-facing engineering groups across the globe. He has held various global senior management roles, including managing Wind River Education Services, technical publications, field engineering, engineering specialists, and customer support organizations. Prior to joining Wind River, he served as a software development manager with Texas Instruments in EMEA and Singapore.
He has an MBA from the Open University Business School, UK, and a computer science and electronics degree from Royal Holloway, University of London.
