Ms. Deterline, Executive Vice President of Specialty Engineering, Prototyping & Intelligence (SEPI) has 25 years of experience supporting the DoD. She leads a talented and creative staff of over 150 employees who provide engineering, scientific, software development, prototyping, and testing support to a variety of research and development and
intelligence community customers. The SEPI business unit applies its experienced staff to solve challenging Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) and operational problems with a focus on EO/IR technologies, hardware/software design and development, remote sensing, intelligence collection and analysis, specialized training, electronic warfare, and directed energy technologies. Ms. Deterline has oversight responsibilities for cost, schedule, and performance of SEPI’s large portfolio of programs. She led EOIR’s first Independent Research and Development (IR&D) group and currently provides prototyping and analytical support to various engineering programs. Ms. Deterline has a Master’s degree in Information Systems.
