Following a successful 14 years, Diana Hunter joined Waitrose where she became Director of Store Development. At Waitrose, she spearheaded the conceptualization, launch and management of Little Waitrose, which was profitable in the space of 12 months. Diana was then offered the position of Chief Executive Office of Conviviality Plc, a business which she ran for five years. In her time here, she grew the company from a market value of £66m to over £500m.

Diana now uses her extensive business and leadership experience within this field to help other companies as a Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor.
