With over a decade of experience in workforce solutions, people and culture, and technology product leadership, Dev Kumar is the Founder of PulseLane, a workplace intelligence and action platform helping organizations understand and act on hidden team dynamics that shape performance and innovation readiness.

Through his work serving Fortune 500

organizations and while pursuing his MBA at Boston University, Dev became increasingly interested in a fundamental workplace challenge: why employees often hesitate to share ideas, concerns, questions, and dissenting perspectives when organizations need them most. This led to the creation of PulseLane, a research-informed venture focused on helping managers surface behavioral signals related to participation, employee voice, collaboration quality, learning behaviors, and constructive challenge before they affect team outcomes.

Dev is also a Research Associate with the Institute for Life at Work, founded by Dr. Connie Noonan Hadley, Harvard PhD, Professor at Boston University, and Research Advisor to PulseLane. His research interests include workplace connection, psychological safety, and team effectiveness. He also mentors startups and psychology-informed businesses. His work sits at the intersection of behavioral science, design thinking, and AI, with a focus on helping leaders strengthen team effectiveness, foster continuous learning, and build the conditions that support innovation.

Dev Kumar studied at Boston University.
