As vice president of product services, Derrell Craig is responsible for ensuring that the end users of our products receive an exceptional level of support. He is responsible for overseeing our project consultants, our Resolution Center, and our data loading, processing and production group. He also works closely with our development, systems
engineering, sales and professional services staff to help ensure that we deliver the best products and services in the industry.
Derrell has more than two decades of management-level experience in litigation support and as an innovator in production, operations and efficiency, with particular expertise in workflow automation through technology. Prior to joining Catalyst in 2011, Derrell served as president of Esquire Litigation Solutions, a subsidiary of Alexander Gallo Holdings LLC, where he was responsible for managing the company's growth and ensuring that its employees provided quality litigation support services to law firms and corporate counsel.
Earlier, he was vice president of Legal Reprographics, Inc., based out of San Diego. In this capacity, he was responsible for operations, including computer forensics, electronic discovery, paper discovery, data services, online hosting and case management.
Derrell is a graduate of Washington State University, Pullman, Wash. In his spare time, he likes fly fishing and hiking near his home in Montana.
