Denise Duca, Ed.M. has been Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Acorda since March 2007 and served as Acorda’s Vice President, Executive Director and Director of Human Resources from 2002 to 2007. Previously, Ms. Duca was Director, Staffing and Development for Carter-Wallace’s New Jersey locations consisting of five major company divisions:
Consumer Products, Pharmaceutical, Diagnostics, International and Pet Products. Before working with Carter-Wallace, she held human resources management positions at Colgate-Palmolive Co. and Viacom International, Inc.
Ms. Duca received her B.A. in Professional Studies from Pace University, and an M.A. and Ed.M. in Psychological Counseling from Teachers College, Columbia University. She has also been a doctoral candidate in the Organization and Leadership Department at Teachers College, Columbia University.
