Dell Perelman is the Chief of Staff and General Counsel at the American Chemistry Council. Mr. Perelman provides coordination and leadership for American Chemistry Council’s senior staff team; direction for many of Council's public policy issues and initiatives; and strategic counsel and support to the Council’s President and CEO. Mr.
Perelman serves as the Chief Legal Officer for ACC and its Board of Directors, and manages Board and Executive Committee operations. He also oversees ACC’s membership programs and business development and the Council’s Responsible Care® performance initiative.
Prior to joining ACC, Mr. Perelman served as an attorney with the U.S. EPA Office of Enforcement. He received his bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University, his juris doctorate degree from Creighton University, and his masters degree in environmental and energy law from George Washington University.
