Del Walmsley is the founder of Houston Based real estate investing club Lifestyles Unlimited.
A former Director of Sales for Bally Health Clubs, he retired at 34 after 2 years of real estate investing
In 1990 he founded Lifestyles Unlimited in 1990. Since that time he has taught thousands of people how to achieve financial freedom and the
ins-and-outs of real estate investing.
He continues to invest in real estate and currently serves as chairman of the Houston Apartment Association’s Independent Rental Owners Council.
